I am completely satisfied with the EV charger installation done by Eric and Yen at MSL Electric. Their communication was exactly what you’d hope for—clear, professional, and upfront—and their pricing was very fair. I originally reached out to a well-known electric, heating, and HVAC company, but they quoted me over $3,000, didn’t mention I qualified for a Duke Energy rebate, and insisted they couldn’t access power from the outdoor panel. Their plan involved running power from the inside, which would’ve required extra work, higher costs, and unnecessary damage to our drywall that we’d have to repair later.

 

Thankfully, I decided to shop around. MSL Electric came out, assessed the situation, and immediately confirmed they could access power from the outdoor panel. They also walked me through the rebate process, and in the end, my total out-of-pocket cost was only about $680. Thank God I didn’t go with the first company!

 

Please shop around before making a decision. I highly recommend MSL Electric and will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

The crew showed up early, the installers were quick and professional. Cleaned up after the install and went over the charger with me and insured it was operating correctly.
